Structure
With the new four-flight structure, the Do/di and the ratio of the reciprocating stroke to the outer diameter are increased, The pitch and barrel volume are also increased, which fully improves the compounding efficiency. With better and more stable conveying efficiency, the output can be greatly improved, stable and reliable.

l Uniform temperature control and accurate temperature measurement to prevent pre-crosslinking problems caused by partial over-temperature or melting temperature distortion. The oil mold temperature control unit is used for uniform heating to prevent partial over-temperature. On the other hand, the thermocouple penetrates into the barrel through the pin and directly measures the real melt temperature of the barrel.
