Structural principle: The co-rotating parallel triple-screw compounding extruder adopts the "one"-shaped triple-screw arrangement. The three screws are arranged in parallel and rotating in the same direction can bring more compounding and extrusion working volume and double the number of screws meshing times, shearing area and stirring effect; at the same time, it is equipped with a special three-axis high-torque gearbox developed by Cenmen, with a maximum output torque of T/A3=9 Nm/cm3.

Features of the equipment: Compared with twin-screw compounding extrusion, the times of compounding, homogenizing, kneading and shearing of materials will be increased for each rotation of the three-screw. Meanwhile the larger working volume and the higher surface renewal rate characteristics can enhance the efficiency of powder materials into the polymer melt, thereby increasing the feeding amount of the extruder, and solving the feeding problem of the twin-screw extruder producing high-filled materials; under the same output, the L/D, screw diameter, and motor power of the triple-screw extruder are smaller than those of the twin-screw extruder, so the triple-screw extruder has a smaller energy consumption ratio.
Application range: Various types of high filling modification, color masterbatch, reactive extrusion, exhaust devolatilization, compounding and granulation of biodegradable materials, etc.
